Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 350 per order.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of PKR 10,000 or more.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible locations across Pakistan.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner will collect the payment when your order is delivered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future COD orders being declined.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

BONNARE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and product.
