Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to cities across Pakistan through reliable courier services.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300 across Pakistan. Any free-delivery offer will be clearly mentioned on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
How will my order be confirmed?
Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please provide an active phone number and complete delivery address.
What is “Check Before You Pay”?
It is a special doorstep shopping service available only in Karachi. Selected products are brought to your location, allowing you to check the fabric, measurements, colour, and quality before paying.
You pay only for the items you decide to keep. The rider takes the remaining products back immediately.
Is “Check Before You Pay” available throughout Pakistan?
No, this service is currently available only in selected areas of Karachi. Customers outside Karachi can order through our regular Cash on Delivery service.
Can I try the clothes during the doorstep visit?
The service allows you to inspect the products and check their measurements at your doorstep. Whether changing-room trials are possible depends on the location and arrangements confirmed before the visit.
How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes its actual width and length in inches. We recommend measuring a similar shirt that fits you well and comparing those measurements with the product details.
How is shirt width measured?
Width is measured from one side of the chest to the other while the shirt is laid flat. It is not the complete chest circumference.
For example, a shirt with a width of 22 inches has an approximate chest circumference of 44 inches.
Are the product colours exactly the same as the pictures?
We try to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen brightness, and display settings.
Are all products brand-new?
Yes, products are checked before dispatch. Please note that some items may come from different international or fashion labels, as mentioned in the product title or description.
Are products available in limited quantities?
Yes, many designs are available in limited pieces. Some sold-out products may not be restocked, so we recommend ordering your preferred design while it is available.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, eligible products may be exchanged according to our exchange policy. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please read the policy before placing an order to understand the eligibility conditions and time limits.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, parcel-opening video, and clear pictures of the product. After verification, our team will guide you through the replacement or return process.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately if you need to correct your address or phone number. Changes may only be possible before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be sent by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery may be available on orders above Rs. 5,000 or during selected promotions. The current offer will be shown on the website.
Can I place an order through WhatsApp?
Yes, you may contact BONNARE through WhatsApp for product information or help with an order. Website orders are recommended because they record your product and delivery details correctly.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
Orders may be accepted and confirmed on Sundays, but dispatch and delivery depend on the courier’s working schedule. Regular delivery normally resumes on the next working day.
