🛍️ Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired product, choose the size or variation, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, go to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payments can be made via  Easypaisa, or JazzCash. 

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number if you want to modify your items, address, or payment method.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered in 3–5 working days. During holidays or sales, deliveries may take a bit longer.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also log into your account and view the “Order History” section to track your shipment.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000 within Pakistan. For orders below that amount, standard delivery charges apply depending on your location.


♻️ Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed products in their original packaging. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

8. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


👕 Products & Sizing

9. Are your products true to size?
Yes, our products follow standard Pakistani sizing. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

10. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, popular items are often restocked. You can click “Notify me when available” on the product page to receive an alert when your desired item is restocked.

11. How can I contact customer service?
You can reach us anytime through our Contact Us page or by emailing bonnarestyle@gmail.com. Our team will reply within 24 hours.

12. What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

13. Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate online only, but we occasionally host pop-up stores in major cities. Follow us on Instagram for updates on events and new collections.
